We are proud to host the largest selection of rums available to the consumer in Vancouver and encourage you to open your taste buds and try a diverse and fantastic spirit, brimming with a rich, colourful, controversial and sometimes sinister history.
Our handcrafted cocktails are a small showcase of the drinks we are able to create and use traditional Caribbean flavours utilizing house made syrups and fresh ingredients.

Mount Gay 1703, $20 / $32 – Barbados –
1703 celebrates the foundation of the Barbados-based Mount Gay distillery, this rum was crated by the master distiller, Allen Smith. It contains rums that have been aged for 10-30 years. Rich, sweet, oaky & fruity, lots of vanilla and faint hints of smoke.

Perhaps the most recognized aged Cuban rum with a rich heritage. Smooth rum with cocoa, vanilla, caramel and spice on the palate with a nose of espresso, cinnamon, caramelized fruits and sweet tobacco

Aromas of brown sugar, caramel, light milk chocolate, and musty old wood are most pronounced. Aged in American oak for 7 years.
Havana Club Seleccion de Maestros, $13 / $20 – Cuba
Lots of character and spicy complexity. Notes of chocolate oranges, espresso beans, cedar wood, cigar leaves, calves leather, musty woodshed, and crème caramel.
Juan Santos 5 year old, $7.5 / $12 – Columbia –
Complex with mild creamy caramel, nutmeg and cinnamon flavors that are finely balanced. With a strong whiskey like aroma this rum also has a strong finish.
Juan Santos 12 year old, $12 / $18 – Columbia
A great South American rum from a small family run estate in Barranquilla, Columbia. Mild toffee and nuts with spice, marzipan and a hint of tobacco. Soft and buttery in the mouth with caramel, toffee and mild cinnamon spice with a wonderful long finish.
Barcelo Imperial $8 / $12 – Dominican Republic –
Made from pure Dominican sugar cane, this fantastic rum was named world’s best tasting rum in 2000 and 2001. Warm and rich with fruity sweetness, molasses, cocoa, coffee and oak
Brugal Anejo, $7 / $11 – Dominican Republic –
A family run company first set up in 1888. Medium weight and smooth, with flavours of dried fruit and brown sugar
Matusalem 15 year old Gran Reserva, $8 / $12 – Dominican Republic –
Delicate and velvety smooth, this rum has shows a nice spice and flavours of vanilla molasses and caramel followed by toee and banana
Zacapa 23, $12 / $18 – Guatemala –
The first ever rum to be inducted into the International Rum Hall of Fame, this exceptional spirit is created from the first pressing of the sugar cane juice and aged at 2300 meters above sea level for a slower aging. Sweet, medium bodied with brown sugar, cherry, guava, pineapple, cinnamon and roasted caramelized nuts

The sweetest of the El Dorado range and for many the favourite, this wonderful rum is perfectly balanced. Sweet, spicy, complex, soft and elegant. With rich notes of chestnut, toffee, latte and baked banana finished with nutmeg and spice

Winner of the Wray and Nephew trophy for World’s Best Tasting Rum 4 years in a row, El Dorado 15 year old kick started the resurgence of premium rums almost 2 decades ago and is a benchmark for excellent rums. Dry, smoky and silky with notes of dark chocolate, coffee, liquorice and spiced oak

A delicious and more mature rum than the 1919, the 1824 has been rested for an extra 4 years which results in a smoother and more refined palate that is full of oak, leather, smooth butterscotch and brown sugar

Diplomatico Ambassador $30 / $45 – Venezuela –
Entices you with the scents of brown sugar and stewed apricots, paired with the scent of dry wood. A syrupy finish lingers with rich notes of caramel, cinnamon butter and caramelized banana.
Santa Teresa 1796, $11 / $17 – Venezuela –
A tip of the glass and suddenly your tongue is immersed in rich toffee and caramel. Cocoa and ripe banana are the end of the beginning before the mid-palate introduces notes of cherries and molasses and a sherry-like quality. The finish of the rum is full of oak and nuts, with a slight aftertaste of green apples.

A rum reminiscent of a fine cognac, smooth and rounded with vanilla, toasted coconut and roasted chestnuts on the nose following with sweet ripe papaya, galia melon and banana on the palate
Pussers Navy Rum, British Virgin Islands $7 – Virgin Islands –
The original navy rum, made to the same recipe served to British Navy sailors since the middle of the 1600’s. A blend of Guyanese and Trinidadian rums distilled in wooden pot stills and bottled in the British Virgin Islands. Strong but smooth with toffee apple, plums, spice and brown sugar

Building on the already classic Pussers recipe, this is a blend of rums aged for a minimum of 15 years that produces a rich and spicy rum full of brown sugar notes and wood, combined with hints of cinnamon and allspice
Smith & Cross, $11 / $17 – Jamaica –
A classic Jamaican rum with leading aromas of exotic fruits, spice, caramel and citrus. With rum blended in from 6 months up to 3 years keeping aging short to protect the fruit and spice flavours. It’s at 57% ABV which was the traditional strength for rum required by the British Royal Navy.
